I really dont know what to think about Rich Piana. One side of me enjoys him because well he's a freak, just look at his arms but when I watch some of his videos he just comes off like he is full of shit. Then I read about how he likes to lie about his age? Don't know if that actually is true or not. Just my .02.

Either way interesting video, definitely some food for thought.

Besides all the other crap he was likely on, i, sure due to crappy quality of most places... that he would complain..
