Hey, im not sure if this is the right place to post.
But i was thinking about taking steroids for a short peroid.
I dont know much about steroid, only main things
I want to get "marked". sorry for my bad english.
I wanted to look like i have muscle. but im not thinking about getting big or being a bodybuilder.
I want to look like im tight, maybe so you can just see a little sixpack and muscle on my arms etc. and i am willing to do whatever it takes. hard work and dedication. im not interested in anyone saying that i shouldnt use steroids. i have thought about the consequences.
Now, i only want to do it for a short time, maybe 3 months or less. i also want to look slimmer.
I know how to train and have been doing it for a long time.
Weight: 88 kilos
height: 179 cm
age: 18
Experience: some, have been working out for more than a year now and then. but i am trying to do it 3 times a week. and run 2-3 times a week 4 km.
I want to know what the best steroids would be. and no needles. And what i should eat and how much excercise with cardio and lifting.
If someone can give me a lot of good information i will follow that plan as good as possible for the time needed. if you need more information about me just ask
