Road to 2100 raw total/ keeping myself on track

Alright I'm starting a log to help keep myself accountable/ track my progress. I recently totaled 2000 raw W wraps in oct, USPA meet. I then found a new girlfriend and fucking stopped lifting... she left me and here i am, starting all over. Lol.

Please feel free to critique as you see fit. I'm always down for some knowledge!

Also I have no idea how to post videos, so if anyone wants to tell me that would be great.

Weight: 325
Goal: total 2100 raw by October, then keep getting stronger.

I recently re tested my maxes and here's where I stand right now.
Squat 605
Bench 415
Deadlift 655
Mind you this is no training prior and no "supplements" still weak as fuck :(

Monday's workout:

squats, worked my way up to a single with 605
Leg extensions: 4x12x120lbs
Leg curls 4x12x60lbs
Calf raises: 4x15x200lbs
Treadmill steady incline walk for 30 minutes

Wendsday:

Bench: worked up to 415x1
315x15
225x20

Pec deck 4x12x60lbs

Tricep push downs: 4x12x120lbs

Rope push downs 4x12x50lbs

Treadmill: 30 mins, steady incline

Friday:

Pulled up to 655

Straight legged dead double overhand grip: 315x5x5

Leg curls: 4x12x50lbs

Lat pull downs: 4x12x130lbs

Shrugs: 3x10x100lbs

Saturday:

Military press: 135x5x5

Side laterals: 4x12x20lbs

Face pulls: 4x12x50lbs

Treadmill: same thing

Sunday:

Side laterals: 4x12x15lbs

Ez bar curls: 4x12x 75lbs/55lbs/45lbs/ 45lbs

Single arm cable curls: 4x12x30lbs

Hammer curls: 4x12x20lbs

Treadmill: same thing
