hi, just need some advice, just got back from the gym training my chest/shoulders/triceps and at the end of the session my biceps felt pumped, is this normal/any thing 2 worry about? thanks inadvance Neil,

Routine was as follows

Bench Press 5x5
Inclin Bench 5x5
Dips 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Close Grip bench 5x5

nope...any movement involving tri's is going to pump blood into that area(arm area), BUT your bi's should not feel FATIGUED(but it IS ok if they are pumped)

the only problem i see with your routine is that all your movements are in the same rep range...u should vary the rep ranges of your movements

i would maybe do it like this

bench 4X5
Incline bench 2x6-9
weighted Dips 2-3x12-15 (add weight when you can get to 15)
millitary press 3-4x5
close grip 3-4x5-6

not set in stone but...

25 sets is too much volume!

There are some good routines to read at the stickys and on the workout journals. You can have good info there.

For your bicep question, I agree with steez, it's normal to have the bicep pumped on chest work. Blood fills the whole arm.
