rui liquid chems help please

So this has happened in the past but i never put much thought into it. My chems somehow leak out of the cap and make the outside of the bottle sticky. I dont think im losing much liquid...but wtf man sticky bottles is annoying as fuck!

Caps are on tight.
Stored in dark room temp.

Not the glass bottle chems, only the plastic ones do this.

I wash them in hot water when that happens. And try to store them upright in your fridge.

My letro does this very often. I'm going to transfer the next batch into a glass bottle. I think that the lids are the cause but I'm not going to another chem company since my bloods from rui letro are good.
