I'm starting these as well as there ralox at 60 mg ed.I just switched from another brand and was taking same sarms and dosing.View attachment 563363so far I'm up 4 pounds on week 4 but I have been having achy joints and tendons.I'm thinking it is from my last blast off.I'm eating clean hiting in the 8-10 reps range with work outs.I must say I have been getting the best sleep of my life.
