rules and regulations... please help

couple questions i was hoping someone could answer.

i going to be competing for the first time, i found an event that i would like to particitpate in, and it is not a drug tested event.

my question you guys is, if it is a none drug test event that mean anyone can enter and compete and be using any type of AS?

i know its a stupid question but i need to know all the details. i tryed reading up on it but not a hole lot of info so if you guys could help that would be great

i am not from Canada, but if it is not a drug free or natural show. anything goes, i would think~
