Running test e 500mgs 12 weeks

My friend asked me a question that i didnt know. He asked me if its okay to go ahead and do his test e 250 500mgs a week and not use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI)
during cycle. Just nolva on hand and for post cycle therapy (pct)? i told him he should get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). But he wants to know if he could get away with using nolva incase
something happens? and then do nolva as his pct?

Always use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to keep estrogen levels between 10-30 picogram/mL. Different labs could give slightly different ranges, for instance, Labcorp lists a range of 3-70 picogram/mL....but I personally like to stay in the 10-30 pg/ml range.

Why have a substance "on hand" to combat gyno or other E2 related side effects when you could rid yourself of it all together by using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle?

Use adex or aromasin as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Better to have it on hand as it can be good if you are prone to gyno. Use adex .25 eod and adjust up to 1 if needed and aromasin at 12.5 ed. Use one or the other though.
Both can be had from research chem sites for cheap and easy preventatives for bitch tits
