Russian Squat routine?

the body can stand almost anything temporarily but thats to much volume , especially #2 .mere mortals who dont have a bucket of gear running through their veins,have incredible genetics, and who have jobs other than being a govt sponsered weight lifter would overtrain sooner or later imo

theres probably no need for any other assistance work...would you change the way you approached deads?

i dont think louie and his guys do actual deadlifts very often at all . rack pulls as part of leg day is their mo as i understand it .between rack pulls,good mornings,box squats ,etc. the deadlift muscles are getting tons of work . i havent stuck with westsides squat routine for long at a time , its just to much for me . the bench routine works well for me though .
