Stuggling too, things have changed since the other day so it looks like its being worked on but my emails to the support team are being returned as failure... just hope their back up and running soon as i need my missing items from my order....
just found this on another board..
"They are switching servers for better site performance. They should be back online in no time"
Were due to be up and running today but obviously a few teething problems, no doubt they'll be back up by tomorrow....
