Safe cycle, fear of gyno, honest answers

Just so we are all on the same page here, It seems like you guys were reading someone else's post with some of the answers you've given me..
I am plateaued, i have been for about a year,

I have put on about 20lbs since i started working out,
And I am low bf probably in the single digits but need to measure for exactness,

I mean its been about 1 year now since i used prohormones and since then have been stuck at my weight of 185.

6 ft 185 :laugh3:

:help:

You quote me twice then put 6ft 185 laughing? Ok so what are you getting at? i am really curious? Are you suggesting i'm small/thin in a laughable manner? As if 90% of the people here haven't started somewhere. Your opinion isn't welcome in this thread, take it elsewhere

hahahaha fuck you bro-im just calling out your whinny bullshit. stop crying like a lil bitch about how you plateaued a year ago when you stopped your PH. there is no reason anyone 6ft tall should ever plateau before 200 lbs. now if you were 5'6 i might say you plateaued.

your full of shit, and im just trying to make you see the light, there is obviously something wrong with your diet and training. Im not saying you shouldnt cycle, but dont act like jay cutler when it comes to diet, cause its obvious there is plenty of room for improvement there.

Don't embarrass the rest of the forum because you are a walking stereotype of a meat-headed moron... You do realize how you sound right? Criticizing a smaller person? Now do what we all expect of you and reply by cursing and calling me a pussy and fulfill your stereotype...

My main question at hand was to find out if the cause of the gyno was from the lack of pct during the use of PH or if PH is just known for those effects? Or could it be my body just being very susceptible to gyno and what are the chances of it returning once surgery was done? Also, is there such a thing as a "safe cycle" where there is relatively low chance of gyno?

dude your totally missing the point, cause your the type that isnt going to listen anyway. I am simply saying that i do not think its possible for you to be at your genetic limit at your height and weight. im not saying dont cycle, but your posting like you have everything with diet and training down pat and the only thing that will make you grow is steroids. you are mistaken sir, you are not eating enough, if you were your BF would NOT be in the single digits.

you can sit here and try to make me look like the bad guy if you want, i could give a shit but dont tell me my opinion is not welcome here.......................:asshole:

i could care less about your size thats not my point.

you are right that doesn't add up, I simply don't record all data that comes across as weight gain/loss. especially since I had gained first all naturally then with ph then lost some then gained some and now am stuck at my current weight. i tried to shortcut it so everyone here doesn't have to sit and read this long ass story about my gains and losses. The thing is, I eat a TON of protein, healthy veggies and everything necessary for muscle growth. I work out HEAVY and regularly, yet i get plenty of rest. I have researched my ass of on plateaus and how to break through them with no luck. I was once really skinny and now am very fit but not at the weight i desire with everything put forth into getting there and maybe its my naturally insane metabolism I don't know but i am stuck and would like some help on alternative methods.. thank you for being mature this time around
