5:30 am eggwhite ommlette, oatmeal with raisons and peanut butter mixed in.
O.J

8:30 am grapes with turkey slices, and cottage cheese, 20gram protein drink

11:30 some type of lean meat, small salad, water

2:30 pm. eggwhite ommlette, apple

5:30pm 30 gram protein drink

7pm workout

8:15 pm tuna sandwhich with tomato and pickle

Bedtime 40 gram protein drink.
