Day 12 - Rest Day from gym. Did some more interval training on the treadmill though for cardio. Felt really good and had plenty of stamina.
Day 13 - Rest Day
Day 14 - Chest/Biceps/Abs
I feel like I am just repeating the same thing over and over but the workout was great as usual since starting GW. I feel like an animal in the gym. I just keep going from exercise to exercise with little rest I love it. Went really hard on Abs today. Kept knocking out reps of various exercises. I am really going to feel it tomorrow lol.
I just got my diet plan today from 3J. Probably wont start for a few days. Need the time to buy the food and plan everything out.
