Sauna:
- Helps get rid of toxins
- Clears up the skin
- Helps fight aches and pains
- Relieves muscle tention
- thus aids in recovery
- As for fat loss this is a controversial issue to say the least since most say that is not likely since you will most likely loose water weight and not fat in the sauna, evidence of this would be that you would gain all the weight back after rehydration! BUT there is promising evidence that it may aid in fat loss in the obese according to some research so the verdict is not completely out yet on this matter.
