Age 32 male, been training on and off about last 6 years but trained hard last two years and making small gains now in size want to boost it along. Just finished a 12 week cut went from 29% body fat down to 24%, current weight 81kg height 5ft 11” and ready to start a bulk, diet is fairly clean eating 5 meals a day.
Weight training four days a week with one day thai boxing and weekend for rest, day job is not overly active. Previous supplement use limited to BCAA’s, creatine, PWO and a good quality protein.
Any constructive criticism on my first SD matrix cycle is much appreciated - anything you would change? Thanks.
Weeks 1 to 4:
(Generation) SD Matrix 10mg – 2 a day – one at breakfast, one at evening
Taurine 500mg – 1 a day – one at breakfast
AD Elite Series Livermilk – 3 a day – split evenly over the day
Weeks 6 to 8:
Alpha Genesis – 4 a day – four at breakfast
Esto Supress 10mg – 2 a day – one at breakfast, one at evening
Livercare 375mg – 2 a day – one at breakfast, one at evening
Weeks 1 to 8:
Hawthorn Berries 565mg – 2 a day – one at breakfast, one at evening
Optimum Nutrition Protein (Whey am & post workout with Casein before bed)
Multivitamin – one a day at breakfast
Cod Liver Oil 1000mg – 15 tablets daily – 3 with each meal
At least 2 litres of water
