First Cycle
600mg (2x300mgs weekly) Test-E or Test-C (1/3rd of the 20 week cycle I was on Test-C and not necessarily consecutively due to availability) for 21 weeks.
I know I did my first cycle for 21 weeks which approximately was January 3rd through June 3rd. Don't yell at me, no side effects and my post cycle therapy (pct) is going well.
I started my first cycle at approximately 14-15% bodyfat and 180-185lbs. I stayed at approximately 14-15% bodyfat and got up to 200-205lbs. The last 9-10 weeks of this cycle I started cutting and am now down to approximately 11-12% bodyfat at 190lbs while maintaining the same strength as I had at 200-205lbs.
I will be off cycle for approximately 3 months.
Second Cycle
I was thinking Sustanon 500mg (250mg/2x week) for 16 weeks. I was also thinking of kicking off the cycle with some D-Bol 20-30mg ED a week for the first 4 weeks and ending the cycle with Anavar 50mg ED for the last 6 weeks. I'd like to clean bulk up through week 10 and then step up the cardio and cut out carbs for the last 6 weeks.
My diet is clean I do about 4-6x/ week cardio, 3-4x week lifting (depending on work schedule).
