I'm 45, 5"8" 190lbs, 18%BF
I have been back in the gym for 2 years. After poor results I sought test level testing and found out I'm a low producer. Natural test levels at 190/210/215 on three consecutive tests. After 6 months of TRT things were MUCH better, and planned and executed per my research here my first cycle of Test E only at 600mg/week, i bumped it at the end of 12 weeks to 900mg a week (and went off TRT). Solid results.
My second cycle is starting in two weeks. I'm back on TRT now at 240mg Test C, every other week. I'll have full blood work done up front to determine baseline test levels at that maintenance dose ( and to know Estro levels, PSA et al...)
On my first cycle I had some minor water issues, but no other problems. Diet/sauna/water intake worked well to get the bloating down. Mid cycle blood work revealed slight elevation in E2. I take 400mg of DIM each day, which was recommended (at a lower dose) by my TRT doctor.
Second cycle plan.
12- weeks of 800mg per week Test E (this includes the TRT dose)
last 6 weeks - Adding 40mg ED Anavar (good source)
Diet is solid, macros are 50/25/25 protein, carbs, fat. Carb source are good, fat is good. Fasted (morning) HIIT cardio will be added 3-4 times a week.
I'm working on calorie counts.
I need advice on two things.
1. Should i do the var at the start of the cycle or the end (supply is limited)
2. I need to consider PCT even on TRT, input is needed.
3. Need an AI recommendation from some experienced guys.
Goals here are to drop 4-5% body fat, while increasing a harder (larger) look.
