Hi guys first time poster here
So basically i went on my first cycle towards the end of 2009 starting in november and finishing in febuary and then continuing my post cycle therapy (pct) to march i will post up the cycle i used and then go from there
Steroids used
Testorone Enanthate
Primobolan
Testorone Propinate
Androlic tablets
Dosages
First 6 weeks
half a androlic tablet first week and then 1 full tablet 2nd and 3rd week
2 and half ml of propinate
2 ml primobolan
Second 6 weeks
2ml primobolan
2 and half ml of test e
2 weeks after last injection i ran Nolvadex for 4 weeks at week 1/2 60mg , week 3 40mg and week 4 20mg
My workout routine was as followed
Monday - Shoulders , bi's , tri's
Tuesday - Legs
Wed - Back , bi's
thursday - Chest , tri's
Friday - Traps , abs
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest
Results coming from around 68kg up to a good 82-83kg with great gains in strength and size i feel like it was a successful first cycle after finishing the cycle i kept most of my gains and finished up on 80kg unfornately shortly after i had a motorbike accident and snapped my ACL and stopped training for a long time
I have been going on and off to gym and have maintained alot of my strength i have shrunk and got abit of body fat im at around 78kg but with alot more fat than i use to have due to not training as much
Goal - I want to get back into training and pick up where i left off lose the body fat and build solid lean gains not looking to gain heaps of mass just lean muscle also looking to setup my second cycle
Currently i have just started getting back into gym trained yesterday feel like a train hit me im torn between training a few weeks then going on the cycle or waiting a few months then going on im sure you all know how it feels to train natural after being on your first cycle haha
I have access to alot of Test E from bayer bayer and im looking for something to pair it with to give the results mentioned
Also looking at throwing in some GHRP-6 if it goes well with the cycle suggested
Any advice / Suggestions welcomed also to note before going on my first cycle i spent a good 3 - 4 years contemplating it and learning as much as i could
