Before I start, im not doing clomid, so those that want to advocate it, save your keystrokes.

Coming of a 20 week test E cycle @ 500mg a week, Test levels got up to 4200 during cycle, used HCG throughout cycle, E remained within reference range.

2 weeks after last Test shot, im going to do:

1. Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
2. Reservatrol 500mcg ED for 12 weeks.
3. ZMA 3 caps at night ED, 12 weeks.
3. B12 1000mg injection once a week, 12 weeks.
4. HTP 5 200mg ED, 12 weeks.

Thats fine. Just may take longer to recover or reduce your odds of a full recovery. You don't even have to PCT if you don't want to. Just be aware of the potential consequences.

I've heard that torem can be used by itself for pct or with nolva. It was on a private site so I can't post bloodwork and the thread here. Check into it..

Dude your PCT protocol is a complete waste of time; attempting to go for a "natural" PCT when your body just went through a physiological process that NEVER happens naturally is retarded.

Reservatrol will do nothing to restore your HPTA since the only data showing it to help whatsoever with test levels was conducted in vitro with ovarian cells (you don't have these).

B12 injections may help with boosting test levels but do nothing for restoring overall HPTA function.

ZMA will only help if you happen to be deficient in Zinc or Magnesium - it does jackshit from HPTA recovery from a cycle.

I have absolutely no idea why your using 5-htp since it does nothing, hell I've never even seen bullshit marketing to claim it does something, for test levels.

Time to go back to board and rethink your approach :)

I'm so gay for you right now.

I was going to type almost the exact same thing (didn't know about the ovarian cell study though), and BAM! Zilla has it covered. :bigok:

So in other words you are doing nolva only for pct

And spending some serious cash at the same time. :spin:

This is what a lot of my buddies preach. Nolva only for PCT. I'm like.. if you have the money to do this shit.. why would you skimp on the MOST IMPORTANT part! I've texted and talked about this subject too much to people I know personally.. losing motivation to do it anymore.

May the odds be ever in your favor OP. You will need dem odds!

include DAA in that PCT if you wanna try that way

Yes, spending more money on a worthless supplement is definitely going to help!

FYI: D-Aspartic Acid is garbage, backed by pseudoscience studies funded by supplement companies. I have personally tested it, and zero increase in LH. ;)

depends maybe it does not work for you for me it worked but with side effects, definitely felt more endurance in gym that's about it I think my estradiol and or prolactin went high so lost libido, after month discontinued libido went back but endurance in gym went down... if I was managing estradiol and prolactin I believe it has some value ...
