Do you mean for example, all sets you do for your body part? IE: Chest would include Bench, incline, fly, etc? If so,
Chest 9 sets (Flat Raw bench, inclines)
Back 8 (Lat pull down, Rows)
Legs 22 (Squats, Leg ext, Weighted Lunge, Leg press, Calf Raises)
Bi 4-8 (Variations of curls)
Tri 4-8 (Rope pull down, rope over head)
Abs 0 (Im really bad about that)
Shoulder 10 (Military press, and Jerk from powercleans)
Traps 0 ( I get trap work with DL and Powercleans)
Deadlifts and powercleans get 5 sets a piece
BTW Im lifting more for power and speed not so much tone. And I know Im missing some here, this is all from the top of my head, cause my lift folder is in my car
