Shake the vial (bottle) before drawing?

Just wondering if Iam suppose to lightly swirl or shake it before drawing into syringe?

No.... I sometimes (not often) slightly heat mine a bit (back of viel under hot top water) to make it smoother (quicker inject). Really no need though.
