My name is Robin .. Is anyone tried diet pills to lose weight and build their muscles? Share your views and experience on it..
 
Hello,
All time i use some natural way for weight loss.
I drink water in morning
Take some exercise
And keep my self healthy and slim.
 
I do not take Diet Pills, I don't believe in them.

Eat Clean 6-7 times a day every 2-3 hours
Exercise (weight lift, cardio, stretch) Daily (switch up your routine every 3-4 weeks)
Drink Plenty of Water (STAY AWAY from Alcohol or at least limit the amount you drink)
Getting Plenty of Rest
Remove Negatives from life, things that cause too much stress...
 
It sucks, but you have to stay away from alcohol when you diet. Get the diet out of the way and get to your goal weight, then feast and get hammered
