Eat Clean 6-7 times a day every 2-3 hours
Exercise (weight lift, cardio, stretch) Daily (switch up your routine every 3-4 weeks)
Drink Plenty of Water (STAY AWAY from Alcohol or at least limit the amount you drink)
Getting Plenty of Rest
Remove Negatives from life, things that cause too much stress...
