Shelf life of Test Cypionate

What is the shelf life of test once you've drawn from the vial? I have a vial of test I got from somewhere else and had been using that for my trt, but have since received vials from a real trt company. The test I had been using is legit, of course, dosing who really knows. But my bloods looked good from using it. Show I finish up this vial or shelf this vial and go with the vials from the TRT place which came as a script? If I do this, as long as the other vial is properly stored, is there a shelf life?

To me, it's like a keg of beer. A keg of beer can last for a long time until you add air. AIR is the enemy. Would this hold true here?

Whether you punctured the rubber stopper or not the shelf life remains the same. Most likely still good long after the product hits its expiry date.

Once I start a vial, I like to finish it. Maybe this is misguided, but I worry that once you puncture the vial, the risk of introducing bacteria into it increases. It is no longer a perfectly sterile environment.

I do like to finish it as well. But, ive used vials long after theyve been punctured without issue ever

It's more about the benzyl alcohol than the oil, but yeah - not a happy place for bacteria. However, there are bacteria resistant to the benzyl groups, and I personally wouldn't let a vial sit around longer than a couple months after using it.

Potency is more about the temperature and contact with sunlight. Dark and cool is where you should store it - just not in the fridge, that's too cold.
