Shin pumps and swollen feet?

judgmental

Currently on Test Cyp 500mg/wk. When working out I get these painful pumps in the front of my lower legs. Is this normal on such a mild cycle? Also, my feet are kind of swollen. I think it could possibly be edema. Is there anything I can do to offset this? I am currently taking .5mg adex eod. Should I increase that dosage? Would taking a low dose of nolva help as well?

Are you drinking enough water? Shin splints from running/cardio potentially? How's your blood pressure look? Or it could just be your tibialis getting a pump which has never happened to that muscle for you. Maybe some others will have more ideas. Doesn't sound to serious right now. Definitely monitor whether it is getting worst, staying the same or slowly changing for the better. Best of luck bro wish i had more knowledge on this to offer.

thanks man.

BP is definitely high I can feel it. I also think the swollen feet may be due to what I ate today. I ate an abnormal amount of sodium compared to my usual intake. The shin pumps werent terrible until today when I did legs. I could barely drive home. But on a positive note my strength is through the roof and my weight has increased.

edit: I am going to drink a lot of water tonight to attempt to flush some of this salt out of my body

drink a gallon+ per day. up the water intake before you up your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage and see how that works. unless you ate exorbitant amounts of sodium i doubt that eating a higher amount than normal should be having such a major impact. most people over-exaggerate the effect sodium has.

i have had to deal with those shin pumps on the basketball court throughout my time using aas, i feel your pain.
