Yo guys, I haven't been to the gym for the past 4-5 Months due to a injury in my arm. I spoke to my doctor last week and he said that I could start working out again since my arm is fully recovered. Anyways, I gained some weight, lost some muscle too. Now that summer is around the corner I would like to hop on a cycle. However, I'm facing a major problem here, I'm going to travel around 20th of July and therefore, if I want to buy a cycle and get ready to start it'll take me some time. So ill start most probably around 4th of June. Now I was thinking of doing TEST E alone for 8 weeks but I wont be able to finish the cycle before I travel.. and I can't take the juice with me over seas.
So I was thinking of taking Pro Hormones things like "celtic labs" "iron flex" etc..
I never took pro Hormones before so I was wondering which ones do you guys suggest for a short cycle?
4-6 weeks? or maybe more since I can take Pro Hormones over seas.
Goal: lose around 4% of body fat, harden my muscles and get that summer look again.
PS: Diet is in check and training routine!
