I like military press for size. Just switch bb to db every couple weeks and occasionally a machine. just keep increasing your weight and this will be your best mass builder. i also throw in lateral and front raises at the end. remember that shoulders get hit nearly every workout so no need to go overboard, a few heavy presses and out! IMO
