Shoulder exercises

just been doing the same shoulder exercises for the past 2 months or so...want some new ones...what exercies do you guys do when you train shoulders.?
 
I like military press for size. Just switch bb to db every couple weeks and occasionally a machine. just keep increasing your weight and this will be your best mass builder. i also throw in lateral and front raises at the end. remember that shoulders get hit nearly every workout so no need to go overboard, a few heavy presses and out! IMO
 
I isolate shoulders to their own day, arnold presses, military, press downs, lat raises, and fronts

I switch stuff up a lot- i also dont do this every week, shoulders are sensitive.

I am a big fan of presses for shoulders. I found that this cybex machine my gym has is great...it has two differnt handles so i usually switch it up.

But honeslty bench frys my delts

thanks..just need something new for my routine, l never train traps though thank my mum for the good genetics of big traps :)
