Ok, I have no idea what I did to my shoulder and I don't know how to heal it. My shoulder will only hurt on pressing movements and sometimes on squats while supporting the bar. Usually it only hurts at the beginning and as I get warmed up the pain goes away somewhat. It seems to be better than it was before but it's still bothering me.
It hurts when doing incline with the bar, but once I'm warmed and going heavier it doesn't hurt as bad. Then I move to dumbells on the flat bench and I don't really get any pain but can feel it when getting it started or as I go heavier. I can't do decline presses as it hurts the worst doing those, and the dips hurt too aren't as bad as decline presses. Thats where it hurts on my chest days. When I do shoulders, it only hurts on the military press on the first few sets but I can still feel it a little towards the ends if I go down too far.
I don't know if it a rotator cuff or not but it hurts like right at the ball of my shoulder and will sometimes go about half way down my arm between my shoulder and elbow. I was considering doing a cycle in a few months and adding deca to see if that will help it. Ive already tried taking time off and I haven't worked my shoulders out in almost a month
