shoulder routine

i do shoulders seperate from chest. Usually later in the week after my front delts aren't sore any more.

reverse cable crossover rear delts: (warm up 20x12),35x12,40x10,45x8
cable raises at same time w/ thumbs down side delts: 20x12,25x10,30x8
dumbbell press: (warm up 35x10x2),65x12,70x10,75x8,80x6

i don't do any type of front raise and train rear, side, then a press. I do this b/c i got my front delts way unproportional doing heavy barbell shoulder presses on my last cycle. Plus i feel that my rear delts need to grow a good bit.

advice? I have seen a lot of the guy in here would consider this overtraining and how many sets seem to be ideal i would like to get my side and rear delts up to par.
