sounds pretty solid...i just dont want to be fatigued on monday for chest because of shoulder day
 
I work front/med. delts with chest/tri's (bench day)....and work rear delt's with back (DL day)...

hence the reason you should be doing chest/delts/tris in one workout..

everyone who is reluctant to try this keeps complainng that they cant use as much weight on delt and tri work...but yet their bench hasnt moved inmonths...geee i wonder why???
