Sleep quality and changes in testosterone levels

I made an adjustment to my protocol after a blood test showed my total test level to be around 1450 24 hours after injection, dropping my test cyp from 80 mg e3.5d to 70 mg e3.5d. And hcg from 400 iu e3.5d to 250 iu e3.5d. I noticed that immediately my sleep quality went way down. I wear an Up band and even though I go to bed and wake up at the same times, my actual true sleep is less than it used to be by nearly an hour a night.
Is this to be expected? I'm assuming my body will eventually adjust and the sleep will improve?

The change in dosage would take some time to be reflected in serum levels. If you felt a change in sleep quality "immediately", I would say it is probably unrelated to the testosterone dose.

Anecdotally, I haven't seen anyone report a dramatic change in sleep quality from such a subtle change in dosage.
