Man you dont want to do that. That puts you at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, low growth hormone release during the night etc.

Add in a high stress job and you have my lifestyle!! :wallbash: , and also why I have such a hard time making gains, especially at over 50 :insane: ...On workdays I'm lucky to get 3-5 hours, my alarm goes off at 0400AM :nopity: ...

Hey man, that aint my lifestyle! Hahah! I would rather be poor than only get 5 hours of sleep! LOL!! My minimum sleep is 7 hours a night sometimes, but then on those days I also sleep in the afternoon for an hour or 2. :)

Most nights I sleep 8-9 ish.
