Snacks

I have rice cakes with hummus. But, if you're trying to stay in ketosis, I don't think you can have that. Might try a stick of butter wrapped in bacon.
 
Raw veggies, nuts, nut butters, beef/turkey jerkeys, slice of cheese.

I'm not sure how low carb you want to go but I find fruit and rice cakes are great snacks....but they are carbs.
 
or raw veggies .. i am lucky enough to like them, but i like to dip them in something...

carrots and soy beans i can do plain, tomatoes w/salt and pepper, cucumber with salt/pepper... frozen peas are cool to munch on

other veggies you could find/make an oil/vinegar based dressing to dip things in - broccoli, celery, cauliflower, etc...
 
nuts are great too of course...

and protein pudding is one of my favorite tv snacks...

1 pack of sugar/fat free jello pudding, 4 scoops protein powder, skim milk and there you go!
