I'm 18, got ecto/meso body so basically I just need to eat a lot.. Im starting to work again and I realize it's really hard seeing as I don't know how to cook at home even :/ got a mother who helps me out aha, I want to start getting back on my 6 meals a day though, can someone give me some ideas of what to eat at work that I can prepare before hand? A full day guide would be great

I had this problem some time ago.
First of all,you have to learn how to cook, mums not gonna be there forever.
The way i use to consume so much food during work hours was taking food you could eat on the run.Another way was to break down food so you have twice as many calories in smaller meals.
Some examples are:
I would mix crush almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, oats, pecan nuts, walnuts and protein powder into a bowl of all natural yogurt. This would bring up the calories, protein, carbs and fats of the same size meal incredibly.

Another way was instead of being able to eat 6 whole eggs in one sitting, whisk them into your protein shake before work.Sure it's not as enjoyable but your getting no less,if anything more nutritional value from the raw eggs then if they were cooked.

whole meal sanwhiches with chicken breast and cottage cheese were great to eat on the run.

All kinds of nuts you can pick at through the day.

Thats just some examples so you get the idea.

All the best

Cook meat and learn to eat it cold.

Seriously, I eat chicken/turkey daily. Cold.

I used to buy it pre-grilled.

Now I take the time to grill or bake chicken or turkey in mass on sundays and use it throughout the week. I also keep tons of veggies around. Cucumbers, carrots, etc. Fruits, bananas, apples.

Greek Yogurt is an every day item on my diet. Alot of nuts, usually unsalted peanuts but sometimes mixed nuts.

And a shot of apple cider viniger at night ;)

I eat about every 3 hours. A meal may be half a cucumber, some carrots, and greek yogurt with honey(first break) Lunch, grilled chicken pieces(I shred the chicken) on a salad or wrapped up in Pita bread with lettuce stuffed in it with ranch dressing.

Serously pick up some Pita bread, grill turkey or chicken, slice the pita open and stuff it full of your choice of avian(bird) then lettuce, some green peppers, a dressing of your choice. AWESOME for lunches.

I used to bring a rotisserie chicken into work with me every day and eat that throughout the day. I'd just keep it right next to me at my desk and eat off it all day long. They are cheap, like 6 bucks, and will put size on you in addition to the meals you eat at home (Breakfast, dinner).

You gave some good advice here except for the eggs. Uncooked eggs are not anywhere close to being bioavailable as cooked eggs
