So hungry on PCT?

I just started my post cycle therapy (pct) after a 16 week cycle of test E and 10 weeks of Anavar (var) . Yesterday was my first day taking clomid. Im doing 100mg Ed this week and then 50mg Ed for the next three. I also bought a supplement at GNC called A- HD to take with it. Prob won't do anything but figured it wouldn't hurt. Anyway two days in to both clomid and ahd and I have been so freaking hungry last nite and all day today! Love it but Cant figure it out. The Anavar (var) sort of suppressed my appetite during cycle but I quit that over 7 weeks ago now. Wondering if its this supplement i bought since its supposed to be an all natural test booster. Anyone else feel an increase in appetite during post cycle therapy (pct)?
 
You have clomid. Ok. What about nolva? unless you ran an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through out your cycle, you need nolva for a pct as well dosed at 40/20/20/20. Even with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) its smart to run nolva as pct.

A natural test booster will help a bit, but it plays no toll on your estrogen levels like nolva does.

also, did you see gains rise after week 12 of test? or did they start to decline?
 
No nolva I only have clomid. The test booster I have is also supposed to be an all natural anti estrogen but again I'm not buying too much into it. Clomid is my main pct tool. I've read different opinions on having just one or both clomid and nolva and I don't think really anyone knows for sure imo what works best but it doesnt matter anyway as I have none. And yes I waited 14 days. As for my gains they plateaued around week 12 and 13. I should have increased my calorie intake then but it was tough to do with my work schedule.

yes i did on my last cycle. id up your calories and listen to your body or you will lose your gains
 
Go easy on the workouts? I've been doing the same routine while on cycle. Do I need to cut it back a bit and why?
