just like it sounds. On a flat bench just turn your hands the opposite way from the normal grip. (u'll prob. need a lift off cuz its really hard to do at 1st) have someone spot u or go really light since its a new movement. Then just lower the bar(some lower it more towards the bottom of their rib cage then closer to the chest. Whatever works 4 u. Try it itll put alot of mass on your tris.
