great clips bb. even though john bernor is more than capable of squatting 1129 his lift at the meet was 1102.

great job by the iron island crew. some of the nicest guys i have ever met.
 
Those are some great lifts. Just to put into perspective how strong John Bernor is, yesterday was his first day back without gear. He did i beleive 615 for 3x5 then a set of 7 all below parallel, and with no belt or wraps. He had a ton more in tank as well. I also just heard i beleive he qualified for the arnold. Can't verify that though as of yet. These guys are the real deal. Also the nicest most helpful people you would ever want to meet.

Oh yeah, just realized that John Bernor's belt in the video says "Christ is <something>(love?)"

Good stuff.

pam clayton explained it this way. top five per weight class from chiocago + top 5 from each weight class from finland and top 5 from last years arnold are all in for next march. possible 60 lifters if everyone shows. there are 4 weight classes light, middle, heavy and shw. john was 5th in chicago so he's in if my info is correct.

I just got the info from the board all the LI guys are on. I guess they figured it out after they got the finland results.
