I’ve hired a VA to help with our Google Business profile, but their replies to positive reviews are a bit dry. I need to provide them with a solid set of guidelines or templates so we can maintain a high standard without me checking every single word. Any resources?

It’s updated for 2026 and contains a massive variety of scenarios. Since we started using these templates, our response time has dropped, and the quality is much better.
