alright guys well for about a year i thought i had right shoulder injuries but after hearing some things i think that i found it to be a spine problem...now i used to go to the chiropractor years ago and they said my spine was off but i stopped going because someone said that its impossible to predict how long it would take my spine to become "normal" again and they were a little looney in there so i stopped...maybe they caused my spine to be how it is now? but anyway for a little while i had noticed that my right shoulder went higher than my left and im not talking delts but kinda that my clavicle went on an incline from left to right...well i had done nothing really about it and would just do regular form causing my right shoulder to hurt with bar presses...but now i realize it must be my spine because when i raise both hands in the air my right hand is noticeably higher than my left and with this it caused incongruities of my muscles...nothing noticeable to the other persons eye but when i flex and look they stick out like sore thumbs...and i mean this is effecting not just my shoulders but also my right grip isnt too good around my pinky area and my right leg on my pinky toe area causing me to have to directly do sets for calves and arms emphasizing those muscle fibers and when i do standing calve raises i cant use a machine i need to add weights to the smith and stand with my right foot inhead of my left so i can hit both my calcves...this also effected my right lat as well having to do the same type of thing for back...when i lay on a flat bench or my bench looks completely off when i just position myself and i cannot touch my chest and it makes me look like a douche cause the bar is crooked but it feels nice....but then when i sit on a bench and close my eyes i can position my hands right and get my back nice so its normal and i can touch my chest...also i cannot i repeat cannot squat do to it...i can't get the motion or form nice with the regular bar...so i have to use the smith and again close my eyes and it looks like im completely crooked but its good for me....so i'm wondering (sorry about the essay lol) if anyone else has something similar to this? is this the right diagnosis of my problems? what do i do to fix it? what can i do to make my work outs better?
