Squat assistance

IMPOSSIBRU!

Well my waist has a tendency to want to grow from squats/deads.
I'm not dropping them but I am looking an assistance exercise(besides more squats) to help the weights keep moving up?

Which do you think would help a Wide, parallel low bar squat the most:
Leg Press, Hack squats on a sled, power squat machine, or something else?

I'm just trying to continue getting stronger but limit the amount of oblique growth from stabilization(hence the machines)

I love goodmornings. But I'm look for a machine exercise that will help my squat, I'm trying to avoid my core getting bigger to maintain the X figure I'm going for.
Would using a belt help take some of the load off the obliques when squatting?
