If doing proper form deep squats, is there any stress placed on the back that might make the back sore? Or is back soreness a clear indication of improper form?
it is inevitable that doing proper deep squats will put pressure on your back.
usually when you're doing last reps..that's when you put most of the stress on your back...
if you dump it on your back cause your legs either fatigue or cant handle the weight. i see a lot of guys doing good mornings instead of squats. ass comes up before the bar even moves. same with deads.
