Squats Question?

I am planning on using squats as my ONLY exercise for legs. Will this be enough? (as long as I KILL it!)

I do deads on another day...
 
what do you mean by killing it?? overtraining it???

if you're already using heavy weights...then it might work

but for some, they still need to to some leg presses..but heavy squats will be suffice

don't forget to add in some hamstring workouts and calves!
 
I think i'l throw in some SLDLs or curls to make sure I hit the full thigh. I'm just so fried after about 4-5 sets of heavy squats. I puked in the parking lot a couple times.......its great!

leg curls suck for ham strength compared with other movements.

i hope you are joking... the answer to that is because anytime you do an excersise it should burn that are, but some are better than others

i didnt say they didnt work i said they suck compared with other movements for building strength. glute ham raise is by far the best movement i have done to stress the hams. 45° hypers with bands, sldl, deads, pull thrus, gm variations, the list ges on and on. leg curls are way down the list.
 
they suck to do compared to the others.you got crawl up on the machine lay down all that shit fuck grab a bar keep your knees locked and bend at the waist. boom there it is!
 
yeah the sldl's get em good and i've been doing pullthru's and well i did pullthru's last night and the hammy's are tore up.pullthru's,sldl's,deads,hyper's are alot easier set up than a damn leg curl machine.although those exercise's arent maybe as easy as a leg curl they are easier to set up for.load a bar grab it pick it up off the floor how much easier can you get?
