!st Time Cycle...Could use some help.

I have jsut recently Purchased some Testoprim-D it is the AMP 250 ml, and Clenbutrol pill form. A couple questions 1) How do I use the needle to extract the Tes do I break it I didnt see a hole of any kind in the AMP? I purchased 3 AMP, should i use it once a week or every 3 days? Is it a good idea to also use the CLEN while im using and how do i stack with the TES. And if this is my 1st cycle will I need a esterogen blocker when i get off the cycle and when should i start that and what is a good pill form blocker. thank you for your help guys. any advice will help.
