Started new Diet now loosing major streangth and size.

Hey Guys,

So first of all lets start with the drugs, Im currently on

Test E 300mg every 3rd day, Tren 100mg Every 3rd day, and today I just kicked in 50mg of Winstrol (winny).

pre workout 2 scoops of jacked with .5 liters of water.

Example of my diet:

7am - 5 eggs (3 wholes and 2 whites) white toast
9:30am - 52MG whey protein (2 scoops elite isolate whey and 1 activia blueberry yougurt)
12:00pm - cob salad (1 boiled egg, carrots, lettuce, grilled chicken, black olives, and just a touch of ceasar dressing (not full table spoon)
2:30pm - 7 grain chicken breast sandwich with mustard, horseradish, pickle, tomato, lettuce.
4pm Train 1hour 30 min one muscle group a day (today chest) did stairs for 8 min
5:30pm after workout got peanut butter 43 g (double why) from protein bar
7pm spinach chicken and quinoa bowl

the rest of the day I will have a 52 g protein shake and a handful of raw almonds

I see my strength going in the toilet, I can notice my fat burning a bit buts its only been 2 weeks I'm on my 3rd week now. I'm loosing a bit of size too, not much but quite noticeable. I run every day for 20 min 5 days a week, I didn't today because I did stairs and failed pretty quick since it was my first time.

I drink about 1 1/2 gallon of water each day.

I also take Fish oil every morning along with some x-pel for water retention, I'm kicking in nova as well today.

Any ideas whats wrong? is this a good diet?

MY GOAL is to get ABS I'm not sure where my body fat is at now and not sure how to measure it. I weigh around 215 lbs and Im 6 ft tall. I don't have a huge gut but def a stomach that should not be there. I use to only take test in bigger does before always watered down big in a shirt, I want the big without a shirt look. Don't want to look like a balloon lol

Any help would be great.
