I just want to look good!
SO I am about to start hormone supplement therapy using sermorelin and and testosterone.
24 Weeks of Sermorelin and 12 Weeks of testosterone. I while doing this cycle I want to take FULL advantage of it.
This will be my first time. It's dr prescribed and monitored.
I want to take FULL advantage of the anabolic properties of the two hormones while Im taking them.
My stats are 6'1" 204lbs. At about 18.9% body fat.
My goal is to pack on Muscle, while staying relatively lean. I don't wanna be shredded but have at most 10% body fat.
My legs are pretty build and muscular but my upper body doesn't develop nearly as fast ans my lower. I need to build pecs. Shoulders. Bis. Tris.
So a split routine workout that focuses on developing upper body would be AWESOME.
If anyone has any advice to share in support of this mission please do so.
My diet is pretty clean as of now., mostly lean meats and veggies with the occasional consumption of Ice cream. (my weakness).
