Starting New study HGH Fragment 176-191

I am preparing to set up a new study using HGH Fragment 176-191. In it, I want to dose morbidly obese rats and follow their rate of weight loss compared to a control group. Can anyone help me with suggested dosages to start with. Any other advice would be helpful too.

200mcg 3-4x ED. Fast most of the day. Like 2-3 big meals a day.
