Mc deal meal special
I don't think i'm eating enough right now.
My diet is:
2 peanut buttter and jam sandwhiches
1.5 chicken breast and 2 small Potatoes
1.5 chicken breast and 1/2 cup rice
cottage cheese(1 cup) and yougurt (2*3/4cups)
When i work out a protein shake which is around 300 cals and 56 grams protien
Sometimes a salad with a can of tuna
Cottage cheese (1 cup) with fruit for bed
is this enough or should i add some more, i feel hungry and lazy now. I dunno if i'm lazy b/c of the cycle, but i always had energy when i got home from work now i wanna sleep. So i assume it's the 150mg eod of propoinate.
