Steam room for bloat?

i would think it would help but I'm not sure if it would last. maybe if you did it every day for a good amount of time it may do something?!? i know when i was fighting and needed to make weight for a tournament or something it would help with water weight and such but as soon as i would eat or drink enough it would be right back. ???? i would like to see what others think about this.
