I'm new here. I've been lifting seriously for about 8 years and have been stuck at around 195 w/about 14% bf for about 4-5 years. I eat about 195 g. of protein per day and usually work with 10 (+/-) reps and 60 seconds rest between sets. I'm 29.
My questions are: I'm f-king sick of being stuck at 195. I think I have potential to get heavier, but every time I bulk up, I gain a lot of fat, then lose the fat and am back to 195. Are there any good supplements I could try (besides creatine and glutamine)? The guys at the supplement store are usually about 160# and are always trying to up-sell me. I just want something that works. I'm considering steroids, but feel like I should max out naturally first.
Also, about 90g of my protein is in powder, and about 40 in milk. What do people do to increase their protein?
