If you ever feel yourself getting anxious you can take a breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds. Do that about 7 times, it works wonders. I dont get them anymore. I can laugh now but at the time I sure wasn't laughing then. I really think it comes from messed up hormone levels myself. I have never got them before. I am 46 years young.
