Steroids no longer working

Hey guys,

So.. I am 25 and weigh about 75kg(not too sure what that is in pounds) I have currently done 4 cycles although my last two have seen next to no gains. I have just come off a massive cycle of 750mg-1000mg test e and 500mg-750mg EQ for 14 weeks. After all that i only put on about 4 pound. I trained my absolute ass off 5-6 days a week and kept my diet clean and drinking to a bare minimum. My first two cycles i put on really good gains although i was young and stupid and didn't have a post cycle therapy (pct) and lost alot of it. My friend who i did this cycle with put on 15kg so it definately was not the gear. It is like i have hit a wall?? This happened to me last cycle too. I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this?? It is like the gear doesnt work on me anymore... Would be great to get any advice. Thanks!!
 
But i changed nothing from my first two clycles in in which i put on 8-12 kilos on each. Then i did my shoulder and lost alot of weight as i didn't train for 12 months. I was eating 4 meals a day + 2/3 protein shakes. My training was Monday - chest Tuesday - back wednesday - legs thursday - shoulders fridays - arms. So i dont think i was over training at all. I dont know what has happened..
 
And i dont think it could be over training as i was training with my friend who put on 15kg whilst on the same cycle as me..
 
how tall are you? 160 is not much weight at all. I really doubt you are eating enough. You may have seen results from the first two cycles just because of the fact that they were your first two cycles. Your receptors were fresh, so to speak. Bottom line, there's gotta be something going on with the diet. Did you see any changes at all in body composition?

You must be a hard to gain ectomorph. I'm 5'8 172lbs lean muscle w/o AAS.

I would say your diet, you gotta eat more. 6-7 meals a day. Make sure not to replace meals with protein shakes.

If I were you a lot of folks are using 3J nutrition expertise, i'm sure he could help you out gettin the exact calories that you need.

^^ One of the biggest things I come across in the gym is people talking about how they're drinking 3-4 protein shakes a day just to try and get enough calories... No good. The only time you should have a shake, in my opinion, is immediately post workout. I don't even do a casein before bed. Solid food all the way bro.
 
If the gear was good, the only options left is that either your diet or your training sucked. I'm willing to bet you vastly underestimated how much you needed to eat.

agreed . you have to eat to grow and steroids are useless without calories and protein.
im betting that kman gained weight at 1st but didnt add calories as his weight went up.
the bigger / heavier you get the more calories you have to add to your diet.
 
you weren't eating enough OVERALL CALORIES. Yah you mentioned 2 or 3 protein shakes blah blah, you need to focus on OVERALL CALORIES for the day. Start pounding 4k cals or more a day on cycle and see where that gets you.
